COMING AUGUST 2019
Serial entrepreneur Jessica Kim spent over a year researching ideas and market opportunities for her next venture when she became the primary caregiver for her ailing mother. As that season drew to a close, she abandoned her other ideas and drew upon her caregiving experience, her business design background, and a period of deep theological and cultural reading and reflection to launch ianacare in late 2018.
Venture is hosted by Philip Lorish, and produced by Praxis and Narrativo.
Jessica Kim is the Co-Founder of ianacare, a community and platform to help caregivers of loved ones with prolonged illnesses navigate this complex journey. As with her other previous two startup ventures, she draws from a core insight and turns it into a business that has a positive impact. She graduated from Brown University and received her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Jessica lives with her family in Boston.
Philip Lorish is the Director of Cultural Research for Praxis. At Praxis, Philip helps founders understand how their ventures fit within emergent cultural trends and the history of Christian thought.
